1 Litre no Namida (1 Litre of Tears)

Based on a true story. This story is about a girl named Aya who suffered from an
incurable disease, but lived life to the fullest until her death at 25.

The original story is based on the diary Aya kept writing until she
could no longer hold a pen. The book that later followed entitled “One Litre of
Tears" has sold over 1.1 million copies.

Aya's only wish was “to live."
By carefully depicting Aya's earnest desire to live, and the love of her family,
friends, and lover, the drama, “One Liter of Tears" wishes to deliver her simple
but strong message: “Just being alive is such a lovely and wonderful thing."

The disease Aya has is called spinocerebellar degeneration- which causes her cerebellum to deteriorates to the point where she cant walk, speak, write or eat.

Their is also a Special after watching the series from Ayo's diary. It is about Haruto and becoming a neurologist and helping a young girl who has given up on life by telling her about Ayo's story.

Hana Yori Dango

HYD is based on the Japanese Shoujo Manga "Hana Yori Dango" by Kamio Yoko

Season 1.

Hana Yori Dango, also known as Boys Before Flowers or Boys Over Flowers, is about a poor Girl Makino Tsukushi, played by Inoue Mao, who gets accepted into Eitoku Gakuen, a school for the rich. She wants to be like one of the previous girls who attended the school and became a laywer. But she soon finds out how agressive the school body and has a run in with all famous F4 or Flower 4 as they are also known. Domyoji Tsukasa (Matsumoto Jun), is leader of F4 and is the heir to the famous Domyoji Corporation worldwide; Hanazawa Rui (Oguri Shun), is the mysterious son of a large company; Nishkado Sojirou (Matsuda Shota), is the heir of the tea ceremony school and is a player; and Mimasaka Akira (Abe Tsuyoshi), is the madame killer with the ties in the underground.

In this season Makino's plans to lay low and not get attention from many are ruined when Makino saves her friend from the all powerful Domyoji of f4 AND declares war against him. The next day she finds she has recieved the Red Notice from F4. This is when the war really begins and she gets attention from the whole school body. As well as the school body she catches the attention of her crush in F4, Hanazawa Rui. Soon enough she is caught up in with F4 and her enemy Domyoji falls in love with her.

Season 2

Season 2 sees Makino chasing after Domyoji in New York with the help of the rest of F4, Rui, Akira and Sojirou. They go in the Christmas holidays and visit but find that Domyoji has changed a lot since the last time they all spoke which was a year before. After the short time in NY they come home to Japan.

Soon after their arrival home Domyoji's mother madame Kaede (Kaga Mariko) announces they will be returning home for Tsusaka's birthday and she has the big announcement of his engagement with another heir to a major company, Okawahara Company which is an oil company that madame Kaede wants to sign with her company as they are beginning to fall.

But soon enough Rui has also fallen for Makino starting the love square. Rui> Makino> Tsusaka> Shigeru (Domyoji's fiancee)

The all beautiful Park Bom

Park Bom, also know as Jenny Park, is also Korean (yes i'm aware of most of the artists being korean) she is from the girl group 2ne1, she is the main vocalist for the group and is signed onto YG Entertainment.

As well as being an awwsum entertainer she also has a major in psychology from the Lesley University and also went to Berklee College of Music.

She has colaborated with many artists such as Big Bang with their songs We Belong Together and Forever With You. Park Bom has also been music video's and films.

Look out for a solo album sometime soon maybe this chick has an amazing voice that all will love. My inspiration :) xoxox

Shinee!

The band of 5 from Seoul South Korean is a contemporary R'n'B group who began in 2008 being brought out by SM Entertainment.

They have released a few mini albums to date and should be releasing another one sometime time soon (hopefuly soon for my love, AKA Lena my love xox)

Look up Ring Ding Dong and Replay. Both very good job by these guys.

Hopefully they become as big as SuJu and Big Bang they are getting the good ratings so it shouldn't be to long til they hit the mark :)

SM Entertainment is based in South Korea and it is a talent agency, producer and they publisher of Korean Pop Bands. There are many Pop groupsconected to this label although so many have jumped labels to places like Good Entertainment, PFull Entertainment, Pure Entertainment, BM Entertainment, PS Entertainment, VAP and Avex Trax.

There are still many people still on this label and there are some such as BoA, Super Junior ( and all there sub groups), SHINee and TVXQ.

SM Entertainment has people who are singers, actors, actresses and any form of talent in the spot light (not sport just music and movies).


GOOD ENTERTAINMENT

Good Entertainment Media Group is part of CJ Music. This label is mostly known because of signing Shinhwa. There is tones of other smaller groups not as well known on this label as well.

Matt Purcell

Hey everyone i have a awwsum new ASIAN to talk about at the moment. That AWSSUM AZN would just happen to be Matt Purcell who just recently cme to our school for the Your Dream Seminars, which also trvels around AUS to many different schools.
Matt Purcell is a singer/guitarist who travels with the You Dream Seminars to tell his story about his life and his dream to record his own albums, and he has now recorded 2 albums.

Matt was born in South Korean and was adopted and was then raised in Newcastle, Australia and found his love for music when he was given his first guitar at the age of 12.

Now he is signed onto a major label in Korea!!!
